Terms of service
1. Scope and Application
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Beelvia online store ("we", "us", "our") by consumers and, where applicable, business customers.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order.
We reserve the right to update these Terms for future orders; changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted.
2. Contracting Party
Your contract is concluded with:
Beelvia
358 Route d'Aiffres
79000 Niort
France
Email: support@beelvia.shop
Phone: +33 7 55 54 76 95
For any question relating to an order, these Terms, or our policies, please contact us using the details above. We aim to respond as promptly as possible.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order ("invitatio ad offerendum").
When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.
Once you have submitted your order, you will typically receive an automatic email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not constitute our acceptance of your offer.
The contract of sale is only concluded when we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you β whichever occurs first.
Please review your order carefully before submission. If you notice an input error, for example in the delivery address or selected item, you may correct it before completing checkout using the available navigation and editing functions.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on our product pages are quoted in euros (EUR) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT), where applicable, as well as any other price components required by law.
We offer FREE standard shipping within France on eligible orders.
Any additional or alternative delivery options and their applicable costs, if available, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.
You will have the opportunity to review the total price of your order before confirming your purchase.
5. Payment
The payment methods available to you are presented during the checkout process.
Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you, payment of the full purchase price, including any applicable charges, is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Depending on the payment method selected, payment may be processed by a third-party payment service provider on our behalf. In such cases, the relevant provider's own terms and privacy practices may also apply to the payment transaction.
6. Delivery
Unless a different delivery time is stated for a specific product or communicated to you separately, ordered goods are generally delivered within 3β7 working days following confirmation of the order or, where payment is required in advance, following receipt of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
If, in exceptional circumstances, an ordered item is not available, we will inform you promptly. In such cases, you may withdraw from the contract and any payment already made will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Further information regarding delivery is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Retention of Title
All goods supplied by us remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Until full payment is received, you may not transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods in a manner that would prejudice our ownership rights.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal applicable under French and EU consumer law.
You generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Full details on how to exercise this right, the conditions that apply, return procedures, and how refunds are handled can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy and Right of Withdrawal terms, which form part of these Terms.
If you have any questions about returning an item, please contact us using the details provided in Section 2.
9. Warranty
Goods purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty rights afforded to consumers under French law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
These statutory guarantees exist independently of, and in addition to, any commercial warranty that may be offered by a manufacturer.
If you believe that goods you have received are faulty, damaged, or otherwise do not conform to your order, please contact us using the details set out in Section 2 so that we can assist you in accordance with your statutory rights.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you experience an issue with an order or our services, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Consumers may also have the right, under applicable French consumer law, to use an appropriate consumer mediation procedure after first attempting to resolve the dispute directly with us.

11. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms, and any contract concluded through our online store, are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to you.
Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
